For Ms. Shreya, she had no idea that she was going to get into the line of events. After completing her bcom, she wanted to work where she got to indulge herself in on the field activities. “I always wanted to be on the field and not on a desk with pen and paper”. This is being one of the reasons that attracted her towards the events industry.

“I have always been a people’s person, and this was exactly what got me into hospitality, logistics and wedding events. I have been on this journey for more than 9 years now”.

Your views on Virtual events?

“Virtual events are here to stay as long as people are not comfortable to move out. Once they feel comfortable on ground events will be back. Till then I think virtual events should stay”.

Your views on Wedding Expos?

“Expos are quite important, since you are meeting a lot of new people. In expos, you are meeting people out of your circle who belong from various places. This is a good place to get to know people from your industry better, thus boosting the chances of a collaboration. I feel wedding expos are something everyone should be part of”.

Your views on Espousal?

“I love social networking, and I have a huge social circle. Thus Espousal will help me connect with so many people around the world. You are going to meet new people, and I am going to love it because we all are done with interacting over zoom and this will be something new for everyone”.

Talking about the vendors’ point of view, Ms. Shreya says “It’s going to be a very good thing for the vendors and the different brands”.
